In fact, the ratio of their load carrying capacity to their weight, make them more excellent over their rigid ones. Moreover, these manipulators are known as good candidates in Aero-Space applications because of their less energy consumption, and smaller actuators. In this paper, the dynamic modeling of the flexible manipulators are performed using Finite Element Method (FEM), and optimal control of point-to-point motion of robot is done via optimal control method. To dynamic modeling of flexible manipulator, each link of the robot is divided into sufficient elements, and total displacement of the element is presumed as summation of a rigid displacement and a displacement because of flexibility. By means of Lagrange’s principle, dynamic equations of the flexible robot are derived, and the effect of number of the on dynamic motion of the robot is considered. Also, for the optimal point-to-point motion planning of the elastic manipulator, the nonlinear dynamic equations of the robot is assumed as constraints of optimal control problem, and a proper cost function is defined including torque and speed terms. Then, variation of calculus and Pontryagin’s minimum principle are employed and optimality conditions are resulted in a set of nonlinear differential equations, which is solved numerically. The priority of the optimal control method on the optimal motion planning of the flexible manipulator is discussed, and simulations for a single-link elastic robot illustrate the applicability of the method.}, keywords = {flexible manipulator,Dynamic Modeling,Finite element method,motion control,point,to,point motion,Optimal control}, title_fa = {مدل‌سازی دینامیکی ربات انعطاف‌پذیر با استفاده از روش المان محدود و کنترل مسیر بهینة آن}, abstract_fa = {ربات‌های انعطاف پذیر به دلیل وزن کم و قابلیت مانور پذیری بالا، کاربردهای فراوانی در صنایع فضایی دارند. در حقیقت نسبت بالای ظرفیت حمل بار به وزن اینگونه ربات‌ها موجب برتری آنها نسبت به نوع صلبشان گردیده است. همچنین مصرف انرژی کمتر، داشتن عملگرهای کوچکتر و همچنین سرعت عملکرد بالاتر این ربات‌ها را به‌عنوان انتخابی مناسب در کاربردهای فضایی معرفی کرده است. در این مقاله به مدل‌سازی دینامیکی ربات انعطاف‌پذیر با استفاده از روش المان محدود (finite element method) و طراحی مسیر حرکت نقطه به نقطه آن به روش کنترل بهینه پرداخته می‌شود. به منظور مدل‌سازی دینامیکی منیپولاتور(Manipulator) انعطاف‌پذیر، هر لینک آن به تعداد کافی المان تقسیم گردیده، و بردار جابجایی هر المان ربات به صورت مجموع یک حرکت صلب گونه، و یک جابجایی ناشی از انعطاف‌پذیری آن در نظر گرفته می‌شود. سپس با استفاده از اصل لاگرانژ معادلات دینامیکی ربات انعطاف‌پذیر استخراج شده، وتحلیل رفتار دینامیکی آن تحت اثر افزایش تعداد المان‌های لینک ربات مورد مطالعه قرارمی‌گیرد. همچنین به منظور طراحی مسیر بهینه نقطه به نقطه منیپولاتور الاستیک، معادلات دینامیکی به عنوان قیود غیرخطی مسئله کنترل بهینه در نظر گرفته شده، و با تعریف تابعی هزینه مناسب شامل ترم‌های گشتاور و سرعت، فرمولاسیون مسئله انجام می‌شود. سپس با استفاده از روش حساب تغییرات، معادلات بهینگی ربات انعطاف‌پذیر به صورت یک مجموعه معادلات دیفرانسیل غیرخطی استخراج می‌گردد، که به کمک روش‌های عددی قابل حل است. مزیت استفاده از روش‌ کنترل بهینه در طراحی مسیر بهینه ربات انعطاف‌پذیر، و همچنین کاهش حجم معادلات دینامیکی غیر خطی ربات، مورد توجه بیشتری قرار گرفته، و شبیه‌سازی انجام شده برای یک ربات تک‌لینکی الاستیک نشان‌دهنده کارایی روش پیشنهادی است.}, keywords_fa = {ربات انعطافپذیر,مدلسازی دینامیکی,روش المان محدود,کنترل مسیر,حرکت نقطه به نقطه,کنترل بهینه}, url = {https://jsst.ias.ir/article_14438.html}, eprint = {https://jsst.ias.ir/article_14438_9ab7b040b5a7bd5e6784751c70c4073c.pdf} }
