Even though the aim of the adapter between satellite and launcher is to isolate the satellite from the launcher's dynamic loads, however, still enough harsh vibration loads that can affect the operation of satellite's delicate systems transmit to the structure of the satellite. Therefore, there is need to isolate the delicate systems from vibrations of the satellite's structure. In this paper, the performance of a new material namely Silicone Gel in isolating delicate equipments (such as electronic board and its components) of satellite from longitudinal vibrations is investigated using finite element method. The results of modeling of an isolator containing Silicone Gel are verified by the available experimental results from the literature. Besides having frequency dependent behavior and dissipation characteristic, Silicone Gel shows hyper-elastic behavior that these characteristic are considered in modeling and analysis. Also an electronic board that overlays on Silicon Gel type mounts is modeled and the amount of transmitted vibration to lead wire of a resistor on it is investigated. The obtained results show that the Silicone Gel has good performance in isolating of delicate equipments of satellite from incoming longitudinal vibrations. }, keywords = {satellite,Vibrationisolation,Longitudinal vibrations,Delicate equipments,Silicone gel,Finite element method}, title_fa = {جداسازی تجهیزاتحساس ماهواره از ارتعاشات طولی وارده از ماهوارهبر با استفاده از ژل سیلیکون}, abstract_fa = {ماهواره‌ها هنگام قرارگرفتن در مسیر مدار، متحمل بارهای ارتعاشی ماهواره‌بر، مخصوصاً در جهت طولی می‌شوند. به‌رغم جداسازی ارتعاشات کل ماهواره از بارهای دینامیکی در فصل مشترک بین ماهواره و ماهواره‌بر، همچنان بارهای ارتعاشی مخرب که بتوانند بر روی عملکرد تجهیزات حساس ماهواره‌ها اثرکنند، به سازة ماهواره منتقل می‌شود که این مسئله اهمیت نیاز به سیستم جداسازی ارتعاشی تجهیزات حساس را روشن می‌سازد. در این مقاله، عملکرد یک مادة الاستومری جدیدبه نام ژل سیلیکون در جداسازی ارتعاشات وارده به تجهیزات حساس ماهواره با استفاده از مدل‌سازی اجزای محدود تجزبه و تحلیل می‌شود. پس از مدل‌سازی یک جداساز متشکل از ژل سیلیکون، با استفاده از نتایج تست‌های تجربی در دسترس، صحه‌گذاری مدل‌سازی انجام می‌شود. ژل سیلیکون علاوه بر رفتار تابع فرکانسی و دارابودن خاصیت میرایی، در تغییر شکل‌های بزرگ، رفتار هایپرالاستیک از خود نشان می‌دهد که این خواص در مدل‌سازی‌ها لحاظ شده است. همچنین مدل‌سازی یک بردالکترونیکی که بر روی جداسازهای ژل سیلیکونی قرار گرفته است، انجام شده و میزان ارتعاشات منتقله به پایه‌های سیم یکی از مقاومت‌ها مورد ارزیابی قرار می‌گیرد. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که ژل سیلیکون کارایی رضایت بخشی در جداسازی ارتعاشات طولی وارده به تجهیزات حساس دارد.}, keywords_fa = {ماهواره,جداسازی ارتعاشات,ارتعاشات طولی,تجهیزات حساس,ژل سیلیکون,اجزای محدود}, url = {https://jsst.ias.ir/article_14522.html}, eprint = {https://jsst.ias.ir/article_14522_a742a4ee858b47940f9444894dbd3f5c.pdf} }
